Yes. Our chainsaw operator course is based entirely on NR-12, including Annex V, and qualifies the student for the safe use of the equipment and issues a certificate valid throughout Brazil, signed by a legally qualified professional in accordance with the legislation.

Yes. We serve municipalities, autonomous agencies, environmental departments, and outsourced companies, with specific training according to NR-12, NR-35, NR-38 and best practices in urban arboriculture.

Yes. The recommendation is that all courses be renewed every two years , especially those related to NR-12 (Annex V) , NR-35 , NR-38 , NBR 16246-1 and NBR 16246-2 standards, which deal with safety in working with chainsaws, at heights, and in tree pruning and management activities. Periodic retraining ensures that the professional is up-to-date with safe practices, the most modern equipment, and any changes in technical legislation.

We do not offer meals directly on-site, but students can order food through apps or takeout and eat in the Arbolab cafeteria, which is available for use during breaks. It is also possible to go out for lunch at nearby restaurants—there are several options less than 10 minutes from our Training Center. Our lunch break is 1 (one) hour.

We recommend wearing comfortable t-shirts and pants made of durable fabric suitable for practical activities. Footwear should be closed and ankle-high , such as work boots or safety boots . The use of sneakers, flip-flops, sandals, or any type of adornment, such as earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets, is prohibited for safety reasons. These guidelines follow best practices for training with equipment, heights, and tools.
